Within our Industrial & Waste Services division (IWS) we provide total waste management business solutions to our customers in the Mining, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors. These solutions include, industrial cleaning services such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV.
We have a rare opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Business Development to join our team based at Kwinana Beach, Perth
Your new role
- Develop strategic relationship with new customers and industry participants and proactively work on new business acquisition opportunities for Cleanaway's suite of services
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and maintain up to date data base of relevant information
- Ensure all reporting is submitted as required including opportunity pipeline, competitor activity and market intelligence
- Maintain Sales Pipeline in order to acquire new key customer accounts as set through Tender responses & quotes
- Travel to Karratha for customer visits
- Connect, engage and maintain relationships internally with all stakeholders to create bespoke solutions for customers and be able to sell that to acquire new business
- Ensure CRM (Sales Advantage) is completed accurately, efficiently and within expected timeframes & ensure all customer contracts are stored in Salesforce
Your skills and experience
- Ability to prospect new business in the Key Accounts space
- Flexibility to travel
- Work well under pressure, find opportunity and drive business
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience using (CRM) Customer Relationship Management software would be advantageous
