About the role The Client Services Manager supports the achievement of Wilson Security's Vision and the Business Unit Strategy by managing the overall operation and performance of designated sites and subordinates within the Wilson Security portfolio and as allocated by the State Manager.
The purpose is to provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at all levels of service; ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness while servicing clients within budget constraints are maintained at a consistent level.
