About the role

The Key Account Manager is a critical role with the EOS global sales and marketing team and is responsible for creating, growing, leading, and monitoring Key Accounts within an assigned geography. We understand that our customers are heart of our organization, therefore we have established this role to:

  • Be the principal point of contact between new customers and EOS;
  • Deliver business growth an array geographic locations.
  • Establish clear and effective partnerships to grow EOS’ business and to achieve enhanced market share for EOS products in its markets;
  • Represent EOS at the likes of trade shows and exhibitions, with a view to developing business relationships to enhance current/new customers to buy EOS’ products.  

About You

To be successful in this role you will have experience developing and executing business strategy within a technical product field. You will have superior experience in managing and maintaining customer relationships and will be able to work collaboratively and provide solutions with effective and concise communication skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 -10 years success in sales and marketing.
  • Usage of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforces)
  • Background in military and Remote Weapons Station technology
  • Knowledge of Government Contracting
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.
  • Will have an established network of international/local area contacts.
  • Knowledge of ITAR-related products.  
  • Ability to commit to (frequent) global travel. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Admin, Sales or Marketing Strategy is highly desirable.
