ZF Oceania is responsible for both Original Equipment Sales as well as servicing the Aftermarket through Technical Support, Part Sales and Remanufacturing. ZF Oceania covers Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
ZF Oceania is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. Based in Brisbane looking after National and Regional strategic customers.

The Position
The Key Account Manager's responsibilities will be delivering sustainable sales growth with a customer centric focus and forging strong relationships with our customer base in the aftermarket. Reporting to the Head of Passenger Car Aftermarket Oceania, you will support key market channel and support ZF's activities and new business through interacting with key business partners. The role involves regular travel for attendance at customer trade show, industry events and workshop engagement.
Skills and Knowledge
- Leading business development activities and customer support in Automotive industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, with the ability to work with all levels of our customers distribution channel through to the workshop.
- Demonstrate strong level of commercial and financial acumen, negotiate commercial terms of engagement while maintaining business focus.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure customer strategies are executed effectively.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in Account Management with proven sales experience.
Experience working towards KPI’s including sales & market engagement.
