Job Summary
The Key Account Manager shall be required to maintain and cultivate strong relationships with all current Key Accounts and to be extremely proactive in sourcing for new account business within Surf, Fashion, Sport & Urban, and Outdoor channels.
The position will involve full time employment. Head Office is in Melbourne but location can be discussed.
Job Description
- To implement the short- and long-term commercial strategies for assigned Key Accounts.
- Seasonal Tasks - sell-in preparation, actual sell-in and collation and submission of orders
- Pre lines/Seasonal account plans for Key Accounts
- To establish strong relationship with assigned retail partners.
- To ensure continuous monitoring of order book stock, contract stock and sell out metrics
- To land brand concepts in key doors and ensure best representation of the brand in all stores
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the relevant field preferably in sport, surf, fashion or urban landscape
- Good background and understanding of sales metrics and analysis.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner.
- Proven experience of problem resolution and issue management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
