Key Clients Developing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive fleet sales.
2.Build strong relationships with fleet customers, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the dealership's fleet customer base.
4. Collaborate with the local team to set sales goals and monitor performance against targets.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
6. Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the dealership's management.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years+ experience as a Fleet Sales Manager in the truck fleet industry.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty trucks or similar light to medium-duty trucks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in dealer management software and MS Office.
- Valid VIC driver's license, ideally with or open to obtaining a truck license.
