SalaryWe are currently looking for Kiosk Advisors to join our team who will be representing an exciting new client, a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.
Located at 2 existing Gold Coast locations, you will be the friendly face customers see when they are needing general assistance. As a representative for our esteemed government client, we are wanting to ensure all customers are provided with a positive, professional and personalised customer experience.
Key Role Details
• Hourly rate of $24.87 + Super
• Full time and stable role
• 2 weeks full time training
• Maximum span of hours 8am to 6pm Monday to Sunday
Role Duties
• Handling all customer enquiries in an appropriate manner
• Working as first point of contact for Customers
• Assisting customers with online services
• Taking payments from customers
Skills & Abilities
• Proactive problem solving skills
• Experience in face to face customer service
• Ability to respond appropriately to customer aggression and/or inappropriate behaviour
• Confident and capable in using computers and systems
• Attention to detail and administration skills
• Excellent personal presentation
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a face to face setting.
