Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in our showroom and provide information about our services.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budget.
- Stay in touch with clients and respond to their questions promptly.
- Help with creating accurate project quotes.
- Work with clients and our team to develop design ideas and draw plans.
- Keep project details organized and clear.
- Respond quickly to emails and calls, offering great customer service.
- Assist in ordering materials and managing deliveries for projects.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and able to connect with clients well.
- Comfortable using design software like AutoCAD.
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Motivated to exceed client expectations.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or showroom hosting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Cabmaster software is a bonus.
- New graduates in architecture or interior design are welcome.
- Have a good eye for design.
- Good perception of the industry and available materials is desired.
- Speaking Mandarin is a plus, given high client demand
