A family winery located in One Tree Hill in South Australia. The Winery has a busy cellar door and dining area which is open Friday thru to Sunday 11am-5pm. We offer a simple menu of pizzas and platters, with full range of handcrafted wines.
Qualifications & experience
- Some experience in kitchen preferred, however training available on job
- Passionate about hospitality
- Ability to learn & adjust to new environments
- Ability to work under pressure & have great time management skills
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Current drivers licence
- Reliable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting in the following:
- Food preparation
- Monitor load times in pizza oven
- Verify that all ingredients and prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
- Stock control in kitchen
- Undertake kitchen duties, including cleaning of equipment and preparing service areas
- Other duties including - setup of dining areas, re-stocking cellar door & some general duties around the winery
