About the Role
In April 2024, we're welcoming a new Government client to our Service Desk domain and are seeking a dedicated Knowledge Specialist to complement our team!
This role entails overseeing the knowledge base for a designated functional area within Datacom. Responsibilities include crafting and refining content related to Datacom services, such as manuals, help systems, online tutorials, installation guides, and quick reference materials, utilizing various software tools and system components. Additionally, the Knowledge Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing our Knowledge Management framework, spearheading projects, and ensuring the organization's information needs are promptly and effectively addressed.
Preferred location: Victoria
Please note that Australian Citizenship is required and willingness to obtain a baseline clearance (ability for future Negative Vetting 1 clearance is required).
What you’ll bring:
- Understanding of Knowledge Management frameworks, concepts and methodology
- Understanding of Contact Centre Operations
- Experience in creating Knowledge Framework and documentation
- Strong stakeholder relationship management (written and verbal)
- Experience in service desk knowledge management including Service Now and ITIL
- Data retrieve, analytics and reporting
- Delivery of stakeholder, client and contractual obligations
- Delivery of compliance across governance requirements
- Create and own the customer experience frameworks
- Analyse contract data to identify cost saving initiatives
- Liaising and networking with Datacom Partners for knowledge
- Support day to day team of Knowledge Specialists
