Responsibilities:
As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in a strategic workforce management program including the ownership of UKG system configuration.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong functional skillset in Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions
- Solid experience in the design and implementation of workforce management solutions
- Prior experience in UKG Workforce Central (WFC) will be preferred including hands-on functional experience such as Time, Attendance, Forecasting, Scheduling components
- A team player with an ability to work with a highly diversified team
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders both technical and non-technical
