Kronos System Specialist

The Role:
Support system configuration, setup, and maintenance, along with offering ongoing support for conversions, upgrades, and enhancements. With a solid payroll background and a knack for continuous improvement, you'll identify needs and devise effective system solutions for improvement.
Key Duties:

• Supporting Kronos system functionality, system and device administration
• Exporting the Kronos timecards/approved shifts into Chris21
• Timely data migrations are essential for accuracy in employee records and Kronos payroll data transferred into Chris21.
• Responsible for aiding Payroll audit compliance, managing employee data loads, and processing Payroll application changes.

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years experience using Kronos.
• Strong time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
