About the Position
Our Kyogle team is currently growing. We are seeking people with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. If you enjoy problem solving, and working across different equipment and machinery we are interested in talking to you.
We are seeking multiple Plant Operators to join our team based at our Kyogle site, where you will be involved with a range of duties from warehousing to admin. This is a full-time day shift position working a condensed 4 day week, Monday to Thursday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ongoing work with timber including sawing, stacking, sorting and strapping.
- Ad-hod plant duties to ensure the smooth running of our Kyogle operations.
- Inventory management
- Continually maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- You will have a strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or manual handling is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude is essential.
- You must be reliable, punctual and have a focus on the quality of your work.
- Have demonstrated experience of successfully working in a team.
- We are seeking someone who is physically fit and is able manually handle various sized timber sections.
