The opportunity
 
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will include the development and coordination of all aspect of L & D within the organisation – including their external partners.  The successful candidate will have input into developing strategies focused on improving training programs, business processes and identifying new training opportunities that will assist with building capabilities, engagement and growth within the organisation.
 
Selection criteria:
 

• Relevant tertiary qualification (HR, L & D) coupled with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• Proven experience in creation and delivering of L & D programs & lesson plans – ideally (but not essential) within the retail, sales or related industry sectors
• High developed communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills & experience
• Tech savvy – MS Office and experience on an HRIS system essential (UKG experience highly adv)
