Westpoint Auto Service Centre at Hillcrest are seeking experienced and trainee Service Advisors to join our front-of-house team at Hillcrest. We are committed to building the right group culture through exceptional people and ensuring a healthy work life balance.
Our ideal applicants will possess exemplary Customer Services skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to meet strict timelines and understand the importance of providing clear and accurate recommendations and advice in relation to modern light vehicles.
The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
- Prior experience within a Customer Service environment, preferably retail, hospitality or automotive
- A passion for delivering superior Customer Service and clearly listening to customers needs
- The ability to meet and exceed internal and manufacturer targets
- Clear communicator with impressive time management and organisational skills
