These will be your first battles
As the Help Desk Technician, you will deliver outstanding service to one of our clients with offices across Australia through onsite, email and telephone support. The role requires you to have strong command of the English language and no Chewbacca Wookiee growls.
Some of the cool things you will start off by doing with us:
- Manage the Help Desk ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, server and network problems
- Liaise with third party service providers for problem diagnosis and rectification
- Provide onsite support and training to end users when required
- Escalate issues to your team leader and action calls according to agreed SLAs
You will also work on interesting projects, learn new cloud technologies and be provided with on-going training from the best Jedi Masters in the trade.

Experience and skills required include:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Windows OS support and troubleshooting experience
- Microsoft Server 2019 to 2022
- MS Entra ID, MS Azure and Microsoft 365 user administration
- Networking skills including firewalls, VPN, switches, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Experience with common backup technologies
- Experience and understanding of VOIP
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Selection Criteria:
- It is absolutely crucial that you are ambitious, confident and have a passion for achievement.
- Must hold a valid Victorian Driver's license and own a car
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights
- Applicants without at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role will not be considered.
- Knowledge of and experience with ConnectWise and N-able will be highly regarded
