Position Overview:

This role is well suited to a sociable support technician, looking for their next challenge. Several exciting projects in the pipeline, to get stuck into. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 remote support for the Australian user base, serving as the L3 escalation point.
- Ensure the timely resolution of internal technical issues.
- Manage the cloud infrastructure.
- Set up, monitor, and test backup systems.
- Manage and configure servers.
- Assist with internal infrastructure projects.
- Create documentation and technical guides.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in Cybersecurity.
- Provide mentorship to junior members of the IT team.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with MS Azure and O365 Services.
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
- Experience with Windows Server & Virtualization Technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
- Experience with Backup technologies (Veeam, StorageCraft).
- Networking experience.
- Experience with Firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiNet).
- Experience with VoIP solutions.
To Stand Out:
- Possess 5+ years of experience in a similar role (an enterprise background is highly desired).
- Demonstrate proven experience in a previous L3 position (either BAU or Project).
- Be a team player and possess excellent communication skills.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CompTIA A+, etc. (although not essential).
