Position Overview:
A modern, 21st century service provider, with a great team! Supporting a growing, friendly customer base, providing top-notch support. This role is well suited to a sociable support technician, looking for their next challenge. Several exciting projects in the pipeline, to get stuck into. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 remote support for the Australian user base, serving as the L3 escalation point.
• Ensure the timely resolution of internal technical issues.
• Manage the cloud infrastructure.
• Set up, monitor, and test backup systems.
• Manage and configure servers.
• Assist with internal infrastructure projects.
• Create documentation and technical guides.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in Cybersecurity.
• Provide mentorship to junior members of the IT team.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with MS Azure and O365 Services.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience with Windows Server & Virtualization Technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
• Experience with Backup technologies (Veeam, StorageCraft).
• Networking experience.
• Experience with Firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiNet).
• Experience with VoIP solutions.

To Stand Out:

• Possess 5+ years of experience in a similar role (an enterprise background is highly desired).
• Demonstrate proven experience in a previous L3 position (either BAU or Project).
• Be a team player and possess excellent communication skills.
• Hold relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CompTIA A+, etc. (although not essential).
