About the role
We are looking for a can-do technical allrounder who can provide L2/L3 support to our front-line support team, take ownership of complex customer environments, and maintain cybersecurity resilience.
You will also work with the sales team to design and deliver complex projects for new and existing clients.
What you’ll bring
You will have a healthy appetite to learn new technologies and be willing to go the extra mile for the team. You need to be comfortable working with customers over the phone and have strong, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
As this is a Work from Home role, you will need to be comfortable working autonomously whilst communicating with your team effectively.
Skills and experience
- Experience managing large network environments or MSP experience Essential.
- Experience with key Microsoft services, Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 and Windows servers.
- Excellent knowledge of networking – troubleshooting and understanding (routing, switching, wireless, VPN, SDWAN and firewalls)
- Virtualisation technologies, vSphere and HyperV
- Cyber security knowledge, including policy and risk mitigation processes
- Public Cloud experience with AWS and Azure
- Backup technologies, Veeam and Metallic
- Oracle, MSSQL experience will be highly regarded
