City Fertility is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Lab Supervisor to join our welcoming team in our flagship facility located in Circular Quay. By combining top-notch medical care with a personalized, warm, and compassionate approach, we keep our patients well-informed and supported throughout their fertility journey.Your Role:As a Lab Supervisor your role will be to support the lead, manage and support the laboratory team in conjunction with the day to day running, productivity and efficiency or the lab. You'll be responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the lab requirements, and you'll be committed to ensure that your staff feel support and safe while at work. You will be supported in your role by a Scientific Director.Qualifications and skills we value:We are looking for someone who is a natural people leader who is compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role:

• Proficiency in IVF laboratory procedures
• In depth understanding ART technologies and RTAC and regulatory requirements
• Good understanding of IVF Cycle types.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Implementation of change management.
• Advanced leadership and supervisory skills.
• Versatility and adaptability to work in a multidisciplinary team

In addition to the above, we also require:

• Master's degree or Postgraduate diploma from an accredited institution demonstrating a broadly-based scientific experience in reproductive biology, with expertise and/or specialised training in the physiology of reproduction, cell biology and biochemistry.
• A minimum 4 years' experience in IVF Industry.
• Membership of professional body.
• Drivers licence.
