Laboratory Manager

As our Laboratory Manager , you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our site chemistry and microbiological laboratories including overseeing and governing site laboratory compliance.You?ll ensure compliance with Mars standards including both finished goods and raw material and maintaining operational excellence in collaboration with Global Quality & Food Safety , MARS Global Services Regional ab and site laboratory network.You?ll lead a small team of functional experts who maintain daily operations, resolve technical challenges and ensure a robust continuous improvement program aligned to the business strategic direction.Our Mars Petfood Factory has recently undergone a significant investment over the last few years and will continue this journey to drive efficiencies with several large capital investments scheduled.
