Our expectations of you:
- To demonstrate the capability of building your own client network from lead generation calls or other sources
- Show the highest level of business development experience while building and maintaining rapport and relationships with clients
- The ability to source and place candidates across construction, engineering or manufacturing
- Contribute to our office with positive energy and a can-do attitude
- Immediate start for the appropriate candidate

- Target hitters are rewarded monthly, not just commission but an extra day's leave, and once set up in the business will be able to work hybrid office hours.
- More experienced consultants (Principals and Leads) would be building a team under them.
