The Role
There is now an opportunity for an experienced temp recruiter to join the team to focus on recruiting roles within nursing and aged care. You’ll be joining one of the country’s highest performing teams in this space, and be working alongside multiple million dollar billers.
Taking over a warm TEMP/CONTRACT DESK, this is a 360 role. You will be able to leverage an established database of candidates whilst continuing to build your client base through active business development.
About You
To be considered for this role you will be degree educated and must have at least 18 months experience running a successful temp desk, with proven achievements in business development. Any sector experience will be considered, but you must have a keen interest, background or education in healthcare. A positive and proactive attitude and drive to succeed are key, and you must be able to demonstrate your exceptional service levels in previous roles.
