As our Recruitment Specialist, you will be further trained in the art of strategically sourcing the right candidates for the roles supplied to you to fill. Learn to be the best with the best. You will be client focused and have experience in developing business relationships and networking. You will find comfort in pushing through your pain barriers and having strong conversations daily. You will focus on delivering excellence and have the ability to exceed targets and key performance indicators tailored to reward you financially and also intrinsically. You will be ambitious, professional and take complete ownership of your work and business. You will come from a background within recruitment and use this to differentiate in a saturated market.
You will possess the following traits:
- Experience in Sales (preferred but not essential).
- Strong Decision-Making Abilities.
- Problem Identification and Solving Skills.
- Past Leadership Experience an advantage.
