Spiralworks are seeking an experienced and motivated Labourer and Factory Hand to join our friendly team. Based in Carrum Downs.

Daily Duties:
This role involves picking up and delivering materials, cleaning, preparing and machining components. Packing stairs ready for delivery, loading trucks using manual forklift. Ensuring stock levels are maintained. Keeping the workplace generally clean and tidy. On-site work assisting Installers. Training & PPE is provided .
Full-time (38 hrs.) Mon to Thurs 7am- 3.30 pm and Fri 7 am - 1.00 pm.
To be successful:
- Must hold and maintain a current drivers license (preferably manual)
- Possess a solid understanding of WH&S protocols
- Must have experience in manufacturing, using general hand tools (grinders, drills and lifter)
- Be well-spoken with great customer services skills
- Be a team player with initiative
- Comfortable with working at heights
Applicants must be willing to work hard, be punctual, reliable and work well in a team environment. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
