We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in disability, social work, social science social welfare or similar
- Demonstrated experience in relationship, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Experience in implementing and monitoring of quality assurance processes across participant service programs, including managing risk and program evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team
