Job Descriptions
One of our clients, a leading developer specializes in Utility Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Solar projects. They are currently looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and securing land for our BESS and Solar projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Land Acquisition, negotiation, and project development within the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities: * Site Identification: Identify suitable sites for BESS and Solar projects, considering environmental, regulatory, and logistical factors.

• Negotiation and Due Diligence: Negotiate Land Acquisition agreements with landowners and conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners, local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Land Use Planning: Collaborate with project development teams to ensure optimal land use planning and adherence to project timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to Land Acquisition and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Contract Management: Oversee the drafting and execution of Land Acquisition contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Environmental Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in Land Acquisition for renewable energy projects, with a focus on BESS and Solar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and land use planning.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of Land Acquisition and real estate transactions.
