The Role:
Site and Land Management-
- Identify suitable sites for the company’s renewable energy projects across Australia.
- Execute comprehensive research on potential site assessment, considering environments, domestic regulations, and logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills in order to work with land owners, as well as excellent communication and people skills to work with engineers and legals in the company.
- Due diligence process management.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, local communities, and governmental authorities.
- Ensure a successful project delivery by collaborating with project development team, legal, technicality, and management.
- Timely and accurate updates on the progress of Land Acquisition, potential risks, and strategies to mitigate the risks.
- Proven track record in Land Acquisition, especially for projects in the green energy.
- Strong knowledge in environmental laws, permitting processes, and real estate laws in Australia.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as business administration, renewable energy, or environmental studies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to work with diverse teams and relevant stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships.
