As the Land Administration Services Team Leader, you will oversee and optimise internal business services for the Land Administration Services Team. Working closely with the Services Co-ordinator, you'll establish performance expectations and KPI-driven goals while overseeing team performance to achieve service delivery targets. Additionally, you will work closely with and support the Manager Land Administration Services and play a pivotal role in Rates and Annual Land and Stock Returns processes.

Your role will be a driving force for innovation and process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance service efficiency and deliver increased value to our customers. Furthermore, your keen analytical skills will be put to work in analysing process data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Last but not least, adherence to government regulations, policies, and procedures will be the cornerstone of your role, ensuring that our operations maintain the highest standards of compliance and service delivery.
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record of managing and leading teams, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff, enabling them to achieve performance targets and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills, including the capability to set clear expectations, offer guidance, and cultivate a collaborative work environment.
- Background in identifying process efficiencies and implementing improvements through the utilisation of technology and innovative solutions.
- Current NSW Driver Licence and ability and willingness to travel
