AddressThe Sanctuary is an NDIS service hidden in the beautiful leafy suburb of Tingira Heights.
We are seeking the services of a full time experienced Team Leader to deliver quality person centered and customer focused outcomes in line with our Participant expectations.
You will be our key contact and ensure customer service is delivered every shift in line with organizational expectations. You will be responsible to support our Participants with all aspects of everyday living, personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals and shopping.

Participant support
Reporting and administration
Staff supervisory duties
What are we looking for?
- A people leader who can provide strategic advice, and leadership of the service
- Someone who has experience and comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS and NDIA and the Quality Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered Service providers
- Tertiary level qualifications (Disability/Nursing/Allied Health) or other discipline relevant to community or human services or extensive relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to delivery of a person-centred service
