Job Description: The IT Help Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT Help Desk team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure efficient and effective support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the IT Help Desk team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on Help Desk performance metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and implement Help Desk policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in ITIL or other relevant frameworks is a plus.
