About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Estate Manager, you will learn from the ground up how to transact in this ever changing, challenging, but rewarding industry, learn the dynamics of the buyer demographic, how to market and promote and develop business. This role requires long hours however the reward for effort is outstanding.
This is a Sales Associate position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in the new homes and land market.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practise
- Previous experience in a client facing role preferred e.g., retail, hospitality.
- A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate with desire to progress to an Estate Sales Consultant position
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Motivation to work alone
