About the Role
An opportunity has now arisen for an Operational Readiness Engineer Lead to act as a conduit between project & site engineering activities ensuring delivery of all engineering activities for major project to ensure effective handover of the project to operations.
Reporting to the Lead Production Manager, key duties include:
- Conduct engineering & maintenance activities & services to support project delivery within production areas (Bulk & Fill & Finish).
- Develop a detailed schedule of activities & liaise with departments to ensure strategies are implemented & executed.
- Participate in FMEA & Risk Assessments as required.
- Support engineering & maintenance functions, FAT, site installation & commissioning.
- Ensure all engineering tasks in relation to Operational Readiness are completed on time for effective handover to operations.
- Extensively liaise with Senior Management, internal and external key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- Sound maintenance or process engineering background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Sound exposure to CAPEX projects, GMP, capital projects within the pharmaceutical, biotech, food or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective internal and external key stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to liaise at all levels..
