SalaryAbout the role Due to significant growth opportunities in the division, Jmac are in the market for a Landscape Estimator to price a range of diverse landscape projects in Melbourne, Victoria based in our Seaford Office. Estimating projects in: Land development - (Landscape works for Residential and Industrial Sub-divisions). Maintenance and Public Infrastructure. Streetscapes and walkways. Commercial infrastructure. Desired Skills and experience include: 1-4 years experience in Construction industry Sound knowledge and experience with civil/landscape earthworks Experience in using expert estimation would be advantageous A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal First principle estimating experience. Development of subcontractor work packages and review.
