The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic in-house team. If you have a background in landscape construction, this is your chance to contribute to a success story.
With an array of high-profile projects and an innovative approach, we offer the chance to progress to Estimating Manager status.
Your New Role

• Price and tender multi-million-dollar projects
• Drive business development
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and attend tender meetings
• Facilitate a smooth handover of estimates to the construction team
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Utilise Benchmark software/Excel for precise estimates

Requirements

• Strong experience and knowledge in building landscaping projects
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture
• Established network with National Developers and Local Councils
• A personality and culture fit that aligns with their values
