We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to undertake Property Maintenance Gardening for an immediate start. We offer above award rates and opportunities for professional development in our innovative and fast-growing business. The position is permanent full-time, working Monday to Fridays (38 hours a week). Start and finish times to be discussed and agreed.
To be successful you will need to be hardworking, punctual, and passionate about working outdoors. Previous gardening experience is essential, as well as a great attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

Gadd Group are a fast-growing business that specialises in all forms of landscaping, property/estate maintenance services, vegetation management services and playscape construction. We are based on the Gold Coast and have property maintenance projects throughout QLD and Northern NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, Edging, Hedging, Planting, Watering and Weeding
- Equipment and Tool Maintenance
- Using our internal systems to record client interactions
- Ensure the workplace is safe, healthy, and fit for purpose
- All equipment provided.
Qualifications:
- Experience in gardening and property maintenance is Essential
- A current Manual driver’s license
- White Construction Card
- Blue Card (working with children)
- Ability to work well both unsupervised and in a team
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients
- Will give consent to take part in drug & alcohol screening which will produce drug & alcohol-free results
