We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leading Hand to successfully manage large diversity of works and contribute to operational planning and development of the Residential Department. In particular delivering Front Yard Landscaping Packages to multiple Estates across Perth Metro area.
Skills & Experience
The Successful Applicant will have the following skills:
- Landscape Construction experience in both Hardscape and Softscape
- Specialist Horticultural skills & experience an advantage
- Irrigation experience
- Keen eye for finishing and detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to make decisions
- Knowledge of Landscape machinery & Current Drivers License with MR preferred
- Any relevant qualifications or certification an advantage
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- White Card/Blue Card
Duties & Responsibilities
- Motivate, Organise and Supervise a team
- Plan and procure plant material
- Co-ordination of subcontractors and subsequent supervision
- Ability to make demanding work programs & deadlines
