Mildura Community House is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated person to assist the Community House Program Manager to coordinate the running of the Community House and the Adult Community and Further Education (ACFE) Programs.
The desirable applicant will demonstrate the following
- An ability to actively engage with people experiencing disadvantage including people with a disability, those on low income or unemployed, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, elderly people etc.
- Highly developed administration skills including computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain records, use and update a database and work within a team.
- Ability to represent and advocate for the organization and the community in a highly professional manner.
- Recognition of the importance of and commitment to volunteering
The Mildura Community House is a not-for-profit organisation, primarily funded through the Department of Family, Fairness and Housing - Neighborhood House Program and the Department of Education and Training - ACFE Program.
