We are seeking a LEADING HAND to join our team for domestic & small commercial landscape projects. We provide all aspects of turf installation & rejuvenation works, irrigation installation & maintenance, soft & hardscape installation &, & property maintenance services to private & commercial & residential properties across Adelaide & all surrounding areas.
As we are a growing business, there is opportunity for you to develop or extend your career & climb the ranks within. The successful candidate will be hands-on & must be able to manage & grow a team.

Qualifications & experience
- Must have proven experience in both hard & softscape installation, with preference given for candidates with Cert. 3 in Landscape Construction.
- Experience in Site clearing, layout, ground preparation, turf & irrigation, paving & retaining.
- Previous experience with a range of plant & equipment including turf preparation machinery, mini diggers & attachments.
- Ability to work both independently & as a leading member of a small team.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill to liaise with clients.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the landscape industry.
- Excellent time management skills & the ability to work unsupervised.
- High level communication skills to build & maintain client relations.
- Enjoy a hands-on role with attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a team & fostering a positive work environment.
- Are eager to learn & grow.
- Current drivers license & ability to drive manual transmission & tow a trailer.
- MR license or willingness to obtain is desirable.
