About the Role:
In this role, you will focus on using your proven customer service experience to ‘be a small part of our customer’s great day, not a big part of their bad day.' The role is focussed on customer service, customer care and ensuring a stress-free post-rental experience.

We're looking for someone who would be described as:

Duties can include:
- Be the first point of contact for all customer claims and accident enquiries
- Record, create, enter, and process claims
- Make effective use of CRM and claims systems for the purposes of claims processing and reporting.
- Maintain and update file notes, ensuring completeness, accuracy of records in accordance with operating procedures.
- Provide information and guidance to customers on matters relating to claims and accidents

This role is being offered as a full-time position in a rotating day work environment, with the current rostering structure including a 9 day work fortnight across the span of operational hours 08:00am to 05:00pm Monday to Friday.
