We're currently seeking a dynamic Operations/Rental Coordinator to be the backbone of our operations! In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate our rental fleet, ensure customer satisfaction, and and ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and calls.
- Strategically manage our fleet to maximise rental opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently coordinate logistics within the branch.
- Provide supervision and support to our drivers and field service mechanics.
- Handle administrative tasks within the branch including invoicing, quotes, timesheets, updating CRM.
- Maintain strict adherence to WH&S standards and oversee related procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service, fleet, rental coordination role is essential.
- Understanding of heavy equipment and parts is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and potential to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
