Mobilisation coordinator required in CBD. Great company, ongoing position with a competitive hourly rate. Your new company This job is with a large civil construction company who are working on a large mining project. This organisation works on a number of different projects across Australia through contracting mining services and delivering mineral processing solutions to customers worldwide. To be considered for this role, you will have fast mobilisation and resourcing experience. Your new role
Mobilisation of staff, ensuring qualification and training are compliant with site requirements, ordering PPE and processing all new starters' paperwork.
Using site specific systems such as SAMS, ERMS, Workflow, CT and/or Pronto or similar
Planning and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for shutdown maintenance and projects
Organisation of rosters, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and site access
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Experienced in MS word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a high-volume mobilisation role
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Ability to work well under pressure and use their initiative when given various tasks
A service-oriented and flexible approach to the changing demands and priorities of the business whilst ensuring compliance
What you'll get in return
