Form of work My client is looking for an experienced site supervisor who has a proven track record of running commercial landscaping projects from start to finish. This role is due to business growth through a very busy and large portfolio of work.
The company has been around for many years and grown at the right speed as well as having extremely strong relationships with developers etc.
Do you have the following skills & attributes?
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Self-motivated
Able to manage variation and change
Previous landscape construction supervisory experience
Coordinating your team and subcontractors to complete works Balanced judgment, and work to a high standard
Planning the program of works according to project timelines
Coordinating the timely receipt of materials and deliveries to site
Coordinating staff and subcontractor site inductions
Proven experience managing landscape projects on site
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Landscape Construction) preferred
