AddressGroundAbility has been installing and maintaining Synthetic/Artificial Lawn for over 15 years and is seeking a Synthetic/Artificial Lawn installer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time supervisory role.
Immediate start for the right person, training is also available while on the job. Regular ongoing work booked in advance.
Experience working with synthetic lawn or similar synthetic turf/landscape products would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain synthetic lawn according to specifications and client preferences.
- Prepare and level/compact a base area for the grass to be installed.
- Ensure precise measurements, cuts, joins and installations for flawless results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Manual drivers' license and experience with towing would be an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
