Management and maintenance of an award-winning high end horticulture sites and properties Working with some of the latest and greatest technology Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties completed by your team. Training and development to assist you grow your career. Some client liaising and representing the company on sites Maintenance based work across commercial clients Providing guidance, training and support to Apprentices Ad hoc administrative duties - reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc. What are we looking for? Previous team leading/supervisory experience and sound horticulture knowledge. Excellent communication and management skills. A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Some previous experience in Landscape Construction (preferred, but not essential) What will you need? Certificate II or III in Parks and Gardens (Desirable) Covid Vaccinated Construction Induction - White Card Driver's licence and own transport. Or ability to Get to site. National Police Check Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one. What we can we do for you?
