AddressBlue Tongue Landscaping and Maintenance are seeking experienced landscaping staff for projects in South West Brisbane. 4 day work week. Above award wages.
To be successful you must have the following:
- A current driver’s license
- Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable)
- Min 2 years experience in landscaping (softscape)
- A current Construction White Card
- Bobcat experience preferred
- Medium Rigid licence advantageous but not essential
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- 2+ years in Landscape industry or similar
- General day-to-day management of a job site including managing a team
- Working cohesively with your Site Supervisor.
- Measuring, calculating quantities and ordering of any additional materials as required
- Reading and understanding of plans, drawings, scope and specifications
- Experience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etc
- Communicate effectively & efficiently in a professional manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other trades
- Be pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as required
Labourer positions are also available with no requirement for managing staff, order of materials or communication with builders/clients.
