Advance Plants is looking for someone to help lead and manage our Brisbane landscape maintenance team.
About this role…
Advance Plants currently has two managers of our Brisbane Landscape Maintenance team. Recent growth has meant we are now looking to create a new management role.
The role includes:
- Leading small teams on each of our sites
- Working with our clients to consistently deliver ourstanding results
- Quoting for new work (project and ongoing contractual work)
- Helping schedule future works
- Helping train more junior team members to complete their tasks safely and with a high level of quality.
This is a:
- Full time position (38 hours per week).
- Typical hours are 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
- Based at various sites around Brisbane (this is not an ‘office based’ job; all of our management team are expected to be ‘on the tools’ for a significant proportion of their time).
About Advance Plants…
- Established 1980 and operating for 40+ years.
- Team of 40 people operating across Brisbane and the Gold Coast (note: this role is Brisbane based).
- Our landscaping team focuses solely on high quality commercial work. We work for a range of prestigious shopping centres, hotels, body corporates, retirement villages as well as a range of other commercial clients. We do not do residential works.

Experience required…
- Ideally 10+ years experience in landscape maintenance, including at managerial level (and/or running your own business)
