To aid our recent growth Interface Landscapes requires a new Project Administrator. Based out of our office in Darra, you will become part of a fun, hard-working, and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with senior management, staff and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain control whilst under pressure.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly commercial in confidence practices.
- Well-developed keyboard and computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Highly developed time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines
- Fast learner with energetic and fun personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Estimators in the tender process by reviewing plans/specifications/documentation, compiling quotes, preparing tender submissions.
- Assist the preparation of project documentation including set-up in internal systems, issuing of purchase orders, contract review, facilitating Building/Engineering approvals, Client/Landscape Architect communications, preparation and submission of claims.
- Liaise with Project Support Manager and Foreman to ensure they are kept up to date with project changes.
