Catholic Homes is seeking an experienced Laundry Assistant to join our team at Castledare Village on a full time basis located in Wilson.
Castledare Village is a well loved medium sized residence which is located within inner southern suburbs with easy access from Manning Road, Leach and Albany Highway.
The successful applicant will receive ongoing support and guidance from the manager and Hotel Services. This position is for Laundry only.
Key responsibilities:
- Performs Laundry services to a high standard
- Works effectively without supervision to complete laundry services
- Uses correct cleaning/ laundry procedures at all times
- Promptly reports any maintenance issues requiring attention
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience working in a commercial laundry in an Aged Care setting
- Previous experience working in Aged Care
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning safety guideline and/or regulations
- Ability to uphold high standards or work
