SalaryAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Law Clerk and/or solicitor (2+ PQE) to join our small but busy practice on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- wills and estates
- retail and commercial leasing
- property law and conveyancing
Some litigation experience is desirable but not required.
Based at our office in Wonthaggi, the successful candidate will have responsibility for managing their own files under the supervision of an experienced legal practitioner.
Proficiency in outlook, word and excel are essential. Prior experience with LEAP Legal Software is strongly desirable.
Prior experience with precedent development is also desirable.
Days and hours of work flexible for the ideal candidate.
