The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer (5 + years post-admission) to join our team. This role will suit an ambitious lawyer who wants to be challenged, is looking for an opportunity for growth and a clear career pathway. As an experienced lawyer, you will conduct files from beginning to end and will delegate to and supervise junior lawyers and support staff. You will work closely with our highly experienced Principals and play an important role in the day to day running of our commercial practice. You will have the ability to expand on your existing practice or quickly build up a practice across a broad range of commercial areas including property, contracts and wills & estates.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience working as a lawyer across a range of commercial areas;
- Proven ability to run matters independently, manage workflows and supervise junior lawyers;
- The ability to work as a productive member of a close-knit team;
- A client focused mindset and a demonstrated ability to form lasting relationships;
- To be accountable and work well under pressure; and
- An innovative and outcome focused approach.
